Donate

Stanford for Workers Rights Community Care Fund

Many of the workers we have interviewed for this project are Stanford workers who were laid off early on in the pandemic with little to no continuation pay. Please support workers and their families by donating to the Stanford for Workers Rights Community Care Fund, funds that will directly support workers during this time.

National Domestic Workers Alliance Coronavirus Care Fund

To support domestic workers nationally, please consider donating to the National Domestic Workers Alliance Coronavirus Care Fund to support workers in purchasing key necessities for themselves and their families.

Educate

We hope this website can be a resource for community organizers, educators, and students interested in supporting workers and immigrants in the Silicon Valley and beyond. We want to hear from you in how you are sharing the stories of workers on the ground and advocating for and with grassroots movements to build worker power.

Organize

We invite students, workers, and allies to join the Santa Clara County Wage Theft Coalition and their member organizations. You can learn more about the Coalition by emailing Ruth Silver Taube at rsilvertaube@scu.edu and attending the Coalition’s meeting every first Monday of the month at 6:30 pm. Learn more about the Coalition here.
